I need to install a harness belt, how do the rear seats cush. come out??

The best way is to move your front seats all the way up and sit in the back of you car on the ground with your feat outside of the car there are 2 hook liek deals that keep your seats in you have to grab the bottom of the seat and push it tords the back of the car and they will come out, just work with it.

If you take the back rests off, it's a lot easier to pull the bench...but thread on the bolts are fine and seem to take forever, so be patient if you try to take the back rests off.
