I am running a BBK O/R H-pipe, I am sick and tired of the damn thing. I have had it welded and retightened some of the bolts for some reason can't get rid of this one damn exhaust leak. Well now I am gonna drop it and I want something better.

Now wait before I asked for opinions I should of answered it myself and went with a Bassani= right!?!

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

What kind of headers do you have? I dont think its the issue of having the BBK pipe, its just that its a good idea to match the brand of headers to the pipe for the tightest fit.

Bassani is a great product but I believe its over priced.

See that's what I thought too. So I when I purchased the pipe I purchased BBK Unequal lengths'. Hell if I have to guess I will get new headers too. Thanks

You can never go wrong with Dr. Gas.....i think they are what you should get. They fit perfect to BBK's. If you are gonna do new headers and x pipe, go with BBK long tubes and then a Dr. Gas shorty X pipe. Prolly get a lot more hp

See I don't know what the hell. Myself and the car are registered in Kansas, we have no emissions, so I run no cats. Well when I took it to the muffler/exhaust shop the guy upfront told me it was no big deal and they could work on it. Then the one who actually was going to work/worked on my car said he would weld it and thats it because he didn't want to get caught working on it by the cops while it was in the air. I dunno, all I do know is I am tired of that damn noise it makes. It's where the pipe and the header connect.

Since I am pretty much stock I was told long tubes wouldn't work that well on my car. Maybe I was just a dumbass for listening, but hell I figured they would want my money. That's what I originally intended on buying.

u should just find the cheapest o/r hpipe u can that will fit on ur headers. all it is is just a straight pipe basically..so the brands shouldnt really matter

Maybe the flanges on either your headers or on the lip of your pipe is bent in some way.

I dont know why they are leaking either, everyone i know that has them work fine, but you can try pacesetter, they are cheap and a couple of my friends run them. Also try adding some kind of high temp locktite to the bolts and then tightin them down, thatll keep them from loosening
