Looking into building a 342/347. Did these 5.4" rods come in any factory combinations/applications...or is this a custom set-up? Thanks!

These rods never came from the factory. check out www.flatlanderracing.com for some pretty good prices on stroker kits.

unless you're doing it for weight, I throw in a vote for a 351w much easier to obtain.
cost works out to about even though I guess

eventhough I answered the question you asked, I too would agree with shade-tree on the 351W/5.8L.

Been considering the 351 route also...just looking at what I have vs. what I'd need to buy...right now, a cheap 347 buildup is looking like the way to go..
