Do you want to just be able to turn the fuel pump on and off with a toggle switch or something? Just take the hot wire that goes to the fuel pump, run it direct off a power source, preferably the battery, and then wire in a toggle switch in the middle of it in the dash or wherever you want the switch. If you are looking to do something else post it.

You're going to want to run a 30amp relay to avoid a potential fire. Here's the procedure for a 94/95, it's very similar to a fox.
