What is the diffrence between 92 High output 5.0 (as on 92 mustang) and other non HO 92 engines made by ford. There seems to be a major price diffrence in master re-build kits between the two (and earlier HO motors)....

Thanks in advance for the info....... [worship]

As far as the rebuild kits go, the major difference in cost is due to the pistons. Forged (HO) vs cast (non HO).

As for the entire motor goes, there are lots of differences, heads, intake, cam, distributor amoung other things. I'm sure others here can add other differences as well.
