I'm looking at a rebuild...

What rods? Pistons? so on so forth... I'm looking for Billet or Forged items...

I'd like about 10.5:1 compression... going to be a nitrous motor....

Any info would help, and a builder?
Thanks!

builders> Griggs> HCI> True blue performance> Alternative auto.

Billet internals are going to be more money> but not *always* stronger> it all depends on how they cast them> this information is from HCI> I dont know too much about the specifics> that is what HCI told me about billet internals compared to forged. Billet internals are supposed to be stronger. If you are building a race motor> then I wouldnt spend too much money on useless stuff> just get some good forged internals and some port polished heads with some cams> If its a race motor you will most likely be rebuilding in about 50,000 miles anyways to check everything inside and clean things up.

Faster than most, slower than less.
