So my question is,99 gt stock everything .All STOCK when I come to a stop my idle will drop to maybe 300 rpm then bounce back ufter a sec.does it hot or cold but when cold its even worse. Also, when under load, for example 5 gear or any gear and I give it a good bit of throttle it will have small missfires or hesitations NO check engine light and it just passed smog. Any ideas? IAC would maybe cause the idle drop at stop? But not the hesitation right? I also have been using premium gas

stick a vacuum gauge on it and see if you have steady vacuum and if it is a low reading.

What did you clean the MAF with? Try borrowing one from a friend and see if your car runs better.

Fresh gas?
