So I was on 50restos website looking at 94-04 rims. Noticed that majority if not all 17x9 wheels state they won't fit fox's with sn95 5 lug swap but 18x9s will. Is it me or maybe not but I swore any(mustang) wheel that was 17x9 fit on a fox with no clearance problems at all. Anyone order 94-04 wheels from latemodel and had them fit no issues? Getting ready to piece the rest of my 5 lug swap with pbr calipers and going to order rims but don't want them to have clearance issues. Any input would be great

They'll fit my cousin ran 17x10.5 in the rear of his notch with ranger axles with no major issues that a fender roller and BFH couldn't fix

I'm more concerned with the fronts than the rears. Just curious if it's a typo on their part. Did his quad shocks have to be swapped or removed?

Removed, they say once you get aftermarket upper and lower control arms you don't really need quad shocks

I have 17 inch 10th anniversary rims bought from late model restoration and I am running drums in the back all I had to do is remove quad shocks to fit the 17x10.

I had 17x9 245/45r17 in the front and 17x10 275/40r17 in the rear. If you have a 91-93 the front fender well is larger so a 9" will fit fine. You may need a steering rack limiter so the wheel don't rub the a-arm. The rear just needed the quads removed BFH to bang the inner fender a little. The wheels were 10th anni reps.
