How can I tell if my computer is working? And I have a 91 5.0 will any mas air computer work in my car?

Pull your computer and look at the code on it and get the same ECU. Depending if it is manual or auto it will be an A9L or A9P.

You do not want to mix the two as the Automatic wiring harness differs a bit for the o2 sensor wiring. Hooking up the wrong computer between the car can fry the traces on the ECU and ruin it.

No....I swap computers countless times in fact I left the A9P in my car after I did a AOD to T5 swap and still pass smog
