I. Have a 93 stang with gt40p heads and gt40 upper and lower and a put a e303 cam and my car feels slower I thin what I did with the stock cam any idea why this is ?

You didnt upgrade the valve springs, which arent even ok for a stock 5.0 ho cam, and you used an e cam.
I can remedy all of this with new springs and a nice custom grind cam. Very budget friendly.

I got the heads from a buddy who got them from a shop in Stockton and the heads were all redone

Ok, then I am wrong. Aint the first time. Let us know when you figure out what is wrong.
Did you degree the cam in? Verify spring pressures? What is preload set at? Compression test after the fact?

Well this is my first stang I had Hondas before this and did cam swap on them so idk if this one cam out right :/
