Ok if my altinator not working properly would that effect my fuel pump at high rpm's to not function properly to not get enough fuel that i need ?im talking around 5000-5500 rpm's.an cause my car to run lean? I hope you guys unstand what im trying to say here.proly half to read it a couple times.

probally not if the altonator was bad it would have low battery voltage showing on the cluster also if it took a shit the battery light would come on you may need to adjust the fuel pressure

My voltage is showing low but my car not cutting off.but i can tell it wants to at times but it doesnt.

Im thinkin because the more rpm's ur giving it the more the fuel has to push an for that ur voltage has to be there for that extra kick in the pump so the votage is working twice as hard.am i on the right track here.
so more voltage being used at higher rpm?

If thats the problem you should be able to see it on a fuel pressure gauge.Are you having a lean-out problem?

Yeh i do have one.at 5500 rpm my fuel drops an start leaning out.i had the vortech trex 255 outside an i also had a walbro 255 in the tank an it did that at the dyno.so i took them out an ordered the aromotive 340.but thats what it did at he dyno.at 5500 it kept droping an leaned out.so im guessing the pumps ran out of pump an couldnt give nomore an that probly caused the lean out.

this is not your problem. now if your secondary pump was wirerd right is a gd question. kink in the line, clogged filter, clogged sock in the tank. stock small lines.

aeromotive 340 and 42 should be fine for your car..maybe it is your fuel pressure regulator not raising the pressure when you hit full boost

If you are having a voltage problem with using a T-Rex and 255 intank pump, then 340 intank will be worse, some guys have to upgrade to 10 gauge wire and a boost pump with the 340 intank.
