Topic: 7.3L Moaning nosie and loud exhuast

So this morning on the way to work i got a moaning noise from the engine or the front left of the engine and i noticed the exhaust was making the noise the back pressure sensor does in the morning. It would go away if i let off on the gas or i just found out on my way home if i gave it more gas and it started to build boost it would stop as well. It also stops when the engine is at normal running temp. Anyone have an idea what this could be?

Could be the egr sticking unless you deleted it already.

Yeah thats what i am thinking it is, but i didn't think it would moan. Took my dad for a ride last night and of course it didn't do it so he thinks i am crazy. I'd bet money that when i leave for work this morning it will do it.

just delete you EBPV. then you wont have any problems
