looking for some new springs for my used gt40p's i just picked up and ive been told trick flows are good, but i dont know what spring rate or seat pressure to get, or single or dual spring, what would you recommend?

because i was told i would get valve float around 4500-5000 with stock springs, true?

motor is a stock bottomend, gt40p heads, e cam, and bolt ons.

thanks!
