Okay so the noise, like I said before, started when I replaced my motor and trans mounts. I bought oem style convertible motor mounts and an energy urethane trans mount.. the convertibles lower the engine about an inch or so and the energy mount is taller than a stock trans mount I believe. So by installing them I think I created too much of an incline angle from my harmonic balancer to the end of my output shaft in my trans. This means there is a decline driveshaft angle going from my output shaft to my pinion flange. Putting a load on increases the peak of my "pyramid" angle to the point where my driveshaft can rub on my floorboard. Does this sound accurate?
If u all agree, then I have a decision to make. Do I install a stock tranny mount, keeping my entire driveline low? or do I buy solid mounts all around, raise my driveline all around (i would have to adjust my upper control arms in the rear in order to do this) and deal with the heavy vibration from everything I hit on the road? Turbo Dan and Duncan motors, is love to hear your guys' opinion.

I've ran 'vert motor mounts and a poly trans mount for 5 years and have never had an issue.

If the DS is rubbing on the floorboard, it should be pretty clear where it's rubbing at. I would look to make sure before spending $$$ on parts you might not need.

I know a lot of ppl have ran the setup I installed, which is what inclined me to try. Do u have adjustable control arms? If so did u adjust Ur rear end to make the driveshaft level?

Damn wtf is wrong with my mustang lol. My mustang is salvaged, wondering if my k member is tweeked and giving me an increased angle? It just seems too weird that the vibration occured as soon as I swapped the mounts.
