Run copper core plugs they make a better spark, just change them every 3k-5k miles

there are 2 factors in spark plugs: 1- plug life and 2- conductivity
for example, copper plugs are one of the best conductors of elecricity besides silver i think, so you get a really good spark, but copper burns out quicker than say, platinum or iridium, since its a softer metal. thats why they need to be changed more often.
platinum and especially iridium will last a lot longer (platinum- 15-20k mi, and iridium 50k+ mi.) but dont make as good of a spark because they are as good of a conductor.

Autolites work fine for me, make sure it's one range colder, aluminum heads mostly use Autolite 3923, and gap them at .032 for a blower setup and gap them at .028 for a turbo setup. [ September 02, 2011, 12:50 AM: Message edited by: racsirx ]

Go with the racing autolite plugs. Starts with AR... Example ar3923, or ar3924.
