Topic: 96 GT 4.6 2V head swop for 99-04 heads. how hard?

How hard will it be to swop my 96 Mustang GT heads with 99-04 2V heads? Do I just need the bolts, upper & lower intake and timing chain, throttle body, or is it way harder then I think? And will it give me some good power? If it will how much more hp and tq?

pretty much summed it up, you'll be looking at 30 more hp/tq good mod, but you should port the 99-04 heads to get a lil more hp

Same but ur compression will drop and you'll end up loosing power, but if you plane on supercharging it soon it'll be worth it if not you'll be getting beat by stock gt's left n right

If I put thoes 99-04 V2 heads on my 96 will it pass smog?
