i have a hanging idle on my 93 with h/c/i.it will hang at 1500 rpms and after a few sec. will go back to normal. i have been tryin to figure it out for a while now. my tps voltage is at .96 and all my connections are tight.iac is clean.timing is at 13 deg.throttle cable seems fine. car pulls hard and runs great other than this bothering idle. only code i get is koeo #23. i have a 70mm tb edelbrock.maybe my tps is bad? any advice would be great!
