anyone know any way to brake a frozen tie rod free i put 5 lug conv on it and the tie rods are frozen on there any suggestions i need to adjust them.

what i do is flip the castle nut and screw it on flush with the tie rod and lightly hammer you can also tap on the spindle where it goes through

To adjust them loosen the nut on the inner tie rod and turn that, no need to remove from the spindle

if you pull the dustboot back from the rack you can expose the area where you need to put a wrench on the inner ti-rod to adjust.

yea i know but the nut wont move so i cant adjust it that only thing thats stopping me

spray it with pb blaster, let it soak for a few hours, then heat it up with a torch.

What exactly is frozen? Are you talking about where it attaches to the spindle? [Confused]

Thats a good catch dirty money, if youre looking at the nut from the side of the car you turn it clockwise to loosen, not counter-clockwise

im not dumb lol i put the hole rear end in my car and 5 lug by my self and worked at a dirt bike bike shop just saying lol.and its a 87 with factory tie rods.
