You might be able to get 10hp out of an RPM II, but is that worth the install hassle and big price tag? I would say probably not. You could get a nice wideband for $300 install is easy, and tune it in your spare time to get 10hp no problem. Or you could take the $ you were gonna spend on the RPM II and put in a small N2O shot and get more than 10hp no problem.
