i posted about my "thrown rod" in my 04 mach1 befor but tell me this if you throw a rod will you still be able to drive it.cause my car drives normal just has a knockin noise when i accelerate.and after driving it for a while it start to shut off when comming to a stop.at idle u cant hear it at all.and it still picks up with no problem jus a slight power lose.thanks again but i kinda feel like someone is trying to tell me some bullshit

right now your motor can be saved. Continue to drive it and it will probably end in total destruction and you being stuck on the side of the road.

if you hear knocking, stop driving the damn car and get it fixed.
either drop another used motor in, or rebuild that one.

You spun a bearing. If you continue to drive it, you will throw a rod. Throwing a rod means the engine will throw the rod out the side of the block.
