Window motor bolts to regulator with 3 small bolts,
Window regulator is pop riveted to door on 94-95 (bolted on 96+)
Only need to unbolt motor from regulator to repair/replace, no need to drill rivets.

I just replaced both of mine. Each one took me about 30 mins. Here are the steps to make it easier for you.

1) Pop off the the top bezel for the window and door lock buttons. There should be a little tab on top where you pry it off with a flathead screw driver.

2) Take a phillips screw driver and take off the wiring harness for the door/window buttons.

3) Pop off the door handle bezel

4) Take the 2 screws out from behind the window/door lock bezel as well as the plastic tab from bottom inside part of the door (below the door hinges)

5)Lift up the door panel and try to slide off. Be patient and do not force it off. There are plastic hooks behind the panel all across the bottom to hold the panel onto the door.

6)Take out and unplug the speaker.

7)Tear back the plastic starting from the speaker until you can see the three 10mm bolts that hold in the motor.

8) Disconnect the window motor wire. You should be able to find it behind the plastic. It will have a plastic tab holding in place on the door about half way up.

9)Unbolt the bolts and pull the motor out through the speaker hole. (DO NOT TRY TO MOVE THE REGULATOR WHILE THE MOTOR IS UNBOLTED)

10) Put the new motor back in with some grease on the gear and reverse the procedure to put it back together.

Hope this helped and good luck [patriot]
