Topic: are fuel cells legal?

So like the post said.. does anyone know if fuel cells are street legal? I wanted to fabricate a rear bumper wind defuser but I have to remove the tank and install a fuell cell.. let me know if anyone has any info

I'm no expert, but off the top of my head, I'd say no because you'll be removing the evap recovery system which is required to pass smog. But then again, I haven't owned a car I needed to smog in over 15 years, so what do I know?

Damm that suks.. well does anyone know anyone that makes wind defusers for my car? I've seen it on a 03 cobra but I didn't get a chance to ask where he got it..
