Anybody know what to torque the (cast iron) heads to on a 302 w ARP head studs? Not the first use on these studs. Looking for sequence too

What's the head gasket and what version stud (12 or 6 point nut)?

Using fel pro 1011-2s, the highi perf ones, but not cometics or anything. These are 7/16" studs, and are 6 points.
