I have an SVO with a V8 swap. When the conversion was done with a complete 1993 harness, I used a '93 Cobra kit, with the 24lb injectors, reman. ECU and the 70mm MAF. Ran perfect, no issues.

Here's the question: For the time being, just to get this thing back on the road, I'm swapping in a 100% stock '88 GT motor. Can I run the corresponding stock MAF, 1988 engine harness and stock '88 GT ECU with my '93 ECU to engine harness?

THanks for the help.

Right on, that's what I was hoping to hear. I don't want to be chasing some phantom electrical gremlin once I get ready to turn the key.
