so i had a shop pull my motor so i could replace a valve seat that let go. long story short. They reinstalled the motor and now i have some electrical issues. only 1 headlight works, when you turn on the fogs only the headlights come on 1/4 of the brightness they would be when theyre turned on. my battery light is on, and the alternator is toast (its not charging)
i havent spen too much time on it as i really dont know where to begin, but a quick overview of the engine compartment showed that everything was plugged in besides a harness under the intake tube, and the engine harness got nice n hot. the OEM wire loom/black tape is crisy/melted, so i can only imagine what the wires underneath look like....
if i need a new harness what can i use? does it need to be 01' Cobra specific??

That's even more of a reason to take it back.
As for the OP question, it will have to be 99-01 specific if you want everything to plug-n-play. You need to figure out why the harness overheated first, or it's just gonna happen again.

this is why i payed them to do the work. so i didnt have to. FYI Cole Cutler is no longer associated with HCI, this has nothing to do with him.
the shop fones have been turned off for months. and Travis wont awnser his cell phone, and theyre never there either....its a very shitty situation...
if this was a pushrod i woulda had it fixed the next day, im still pretty new to the modulars as far as working on them, dont really know where to start...... ![[Frown]](frown.gif)
