I want to get an electric fan temp relay kit and dont know if I should get an adjustable temp kit or a 180 degree on/ 170 off or 200 on/185 off. what do you guys recommend?

I have a painless wiring temp switch in the manifold and have it ran off of a relay. It comes on at 185 and off at 170 works great. I also like it cause its not on all the time and i dont have to worry about switching it on.
