What are the springs rated for on those heads ? And I'm still tryin to decide what cam to run the dude wants a e cam but I wanna try something else I've always only used ford and trickflow cams what else is good for a mild build , gt40s w/ cobra intake and full bolt ons.

If I remember right from Fletchs website they coil bind at .500, but Sean from AED seems well versed on these heads. Ask him or blow the springs off and have them checked.

run a steeda spring upgrade kit(made for GT40 heads!) and a steeda #18 cam.
real good for this set up.
