Won't the aluminum heads give away the fact the car isn't stock?

Remove the baffles and the valve covers will work.

I used a .20 valve cover gasket (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=SUM%2DG2321&autoview=sku

I haven't fired the engine yet, but it clears w/ the baffle while hand-cranking it over.

They'll work with the baffle removed, but just remember that once you remove that baffle you'll wind up with oil buildup in the upper/lower intake manifold.
