you can use yo chev-ro-legs to push it in and out of the garage but on the serious side, dont run the gas thats in the tank, and use the highest octane you can until you can get a new carb kit, cuz i bet the jets are possibly gummed up from sitting and change the spark plugs. that carb thing is probably the only thing (if the car was fine before parked) that would hold you up from firing up. my .02. good luck and on that find
