failed smog twice already on my beater 91 integra,, first time it almost passed, only thing that nox was a little high,, so I figured it might be the egr valve gone bad, so replaced that pricey POS.. and I thought it would pass, but no go again,, just the opposite,, the nox numbers skyrocketed.... what you guys think it might be??? Try replaceing the Catalitic converter. it did the trick for me. my nox was way high. once you get the new cat installed drive your car around for a few days before getting it smoged again (they need to get nice and hot before they work right)

Also, have you replaced the O2 sensor, oil change and tuneup?

dont really hear much in the clip but have you torqued everything down and everythin is sitting correctly? i had the same problem and it was the over the axle part of my exhaust was a little loose and it caused it to rest on my chasis when i got on the gas a little. I've also seen some cars with pipes that werent properly seated to the headers causing a vibration sound other then that i dunno
