Unbolt the motor mounts and jack the motor as high as you can get it. [ October 03, 2006, 01:31 AM: Message edited by: AJBlackGT ]

Shit ..you shouldv'e asked me since it as my setup...
1st: undo the motor mounts and jack the motor as high as possible
on the passenger side:
- remove the starter and it should go in easily...
on the driver side
- remove the steering shaft to get the header in easily
- you will have to modify the steering shaft or it will rub on the front header tube...the tabs that connect the shaft to the rack will rub...
or
- do what I did and buy the flaming river shaft from summit (~$175) and it clears perfectly....there are 2 different shafts..make sure you buy the proper ones..there is one for power steering and one for no-power steering...
Also use a good copper or aluminum gasket for the headers and the arp HEX head bolts....it's almost impossible to use 12 points on those headers because the middle tubes are so close..;.
