car was acting like the battery was dead so i took it to autozone and had them test it and charge it up , then it was still doing the same thing so i changed the starter which has the starter silenoid on it, and still its doing the same thing, i am running out of ideas on what it could be anyone got any suggestions???

maybe a bad ground, or a short somewhere

did you bother checking the alternator?

I had that same problem in the 5.0. so i went out and bought an optima and called it a day. try gettn a yellow top and check and make sure the cables/posts are clean and the cables are attached properly
