hey guys I need to know where you would put the sending unit for a water temp gauge on a 4.6 like my cobra. please help pictures would be awsome. Thanks...

I actually installed mine on the side of the block, driver side, right before the motor mount. There is a plug there that i took out and installed my autometer watertemp sending unit went right in
Mine is s 2v and the 4v mightb e a different on there cooling system.

I installed mine in the crossover tube on the intake manifold - Again, this is a 2V, but if you just find the stock sending unit, you can put it near that.

yes that is another option. I did not do this as i want my stock Dummy gauge to still work.
Do the 98's have 2 on the crossover?

Sorry i was not being clear - There was only 1 on the cross over, but I did not remove my stock sender. I drilled and tapped the cross over and installed a the sending unit in my tapped crossover. I now have 2 senders on my crossover.
