I recently did a disc brake conversion on my 66 falcon and now my brakes suck...pedal goes all the way down and the car barely stops.. the system doesnt have any air in it, i bled the brakes 3-4 times. The brakes can't hold the car if i step on the brakes and gas... I have no clue what it could be.. the conversion is from a 70 mustang with everything from the donor car (manual disc setup)

Did you also take the Master cylinder from the same setup? If so did you bleed the master cylinder also when you took it out of the donor vehicle?

So you have drums in the rear still as well, correct?
