Author Topic: Performance gains on head swap- from edelbrock performers to AFR185s 1sick65 ¯ Member # 3957 posted                              i have a forged 306 with about 9.5-1 compression. it has a tfs stage 1 cam and ported gt40 manifold. I have a bbk 70 mm TB and 24 lb injectors. My heads are stock edelbrock performers and i have an oppertunity to get some AFR185's what kind of horsepower gains do you think i would see. Yeah maybe fast with the 165's but you have room to Grow with the 185's.
