I have a wiring connector for the BAP sensor from my '88 LX wiring harness. Does it need to be used for a mass-air 5.0?
Thanks, Josh.

yes, the only difference is the BAP/MAP sensor doesn't have the manifold vacume hooked up for a MAF car

I'm confused.
So YES - I need a BAP sensor?
Damn.
Would not having one attribute to my rough idle problems? [ October 03, 2005, 01:43 AM: Message edited by: 88DroptopGT ]

Yes you need one, if you have a Mass air now u can still use the same one. just plug the vacuum source leading to it. and yes this also contributes to a shitty sounding idle.
