Are you talking about the rotating assembly? If so, there is none.

93 Cobras had the following modifications that were different from the stock GT:
Cam Intake Engine computer Injectors MAF Rear disc brakes 17" T-bird style wheels 245/45/ZR17 tires (Goodyear Skatorbacks originally) Body skirts Rear spoiler Snake emblems "Cobra" emblem on rear hatch
That's what you got for your extra $4,000 that the Cobra cost over the GT.

The reason I ask is because this guy I know, knows another guy that has internals from a 40k mi cobra.....maybe wrecked or whatever. The guy was supposingly going to put together a fox body with these cobra internals and just lost interest, so he decided to just give the stuff away

Right, forgot about the heads - GT40p Iron.
Also, the brake master cylinder may be different, and there is a steering limiter in the 93 Cobra.

Wrong. GT40 heads, NOT GT40p. The 1.7 Crane roller rockers are also specific to the Cobra.
If it is a shortblock (no heads/intake) it is the same as any 5.0 '86 up. The Cobra cam is not any real improvement over the stock cam if you have 1.7 rockers on the stocker.
