sometimes my passenger head light works and sometimes it doesn't. It always works witht he brights on. Is this the bulb or wiring?

Sometimes works?....Switch the bulbs from left to right, if the problem changes sides then you know it's the bulbs...Sounds more like a loose connection, bulbs either work or they don't....

its probably the socket the bulb sits in, corroded or has a lot of gunk in it making the connection loose/bad
