Heres what i have on my 04 GT: Mac CAI, Accufab Plenum, Steeda U/D pullies, Prochamber, and 40 series flows downpipe...

With the mods you have listed I personally don't think you need to upgrade your stock MAF...After market MAF's may gain more peak hp, but you'll sometimes sacrifice rough idle and other drivability problems...
Basically it's up to you, but I doubt you'd gain more than 5-7rwhp...Every little amount of horse power counts in the end though....
