What do you need done to your brakes? DO you just need a pad change or do you need to turn the rotors and whatnot? The rotor turning will require a machine to do and most guys don't have one of these in their garage.

You mean the piston in the caliper [Confused]

Did you disconnect the brake line....why did the fluid come rushing out?

my friends caliper exploded at the piston seal and it leaked brake fluid, its not uncommon.

you need a new caliper unfortunately.

That's what i was thinking by his description. Sux to have to dish out the extra $$ for the caliper.

thanks guys... i tried to fix it today.. i even sklipped work for it..and the out come was.. i found a problem.....everytime i break.. the fuild comes out of the break line.and the left rear break are still grinding...i just gave up on this car... i dont have the time nor money to fix it...sucks cause i put a new waterp pump, alternator, t-stat, and radiator. now i think its a total waste. this was my daily driver.. now im stuck with a 7mpg ramcharger.
