The car is heavily modded and doesn't doesn't have any smog equipment. I have a guy that would do it, but when I went he told me that the computer says he can't do it there and that beacuse of the year it will need to go to a state smog or something like that I know he's not dicking me cause he passes cars for friends of mine, but they have been sn95 cars. Basically I just need someone who can pass a modded car with no power adder that has no smog equipment.
