if i put on the PI intake and got the PI heads ported and polished, would it make a HP increase on my 97gt? would i feel a difference? if i do this i will be putting the trick flow plenum and a 70MM TB. also, is the cam in the newer gts different than the one in mine? should i also swap that? let me know guys? and why does the newer gts sound hell better than the 96-98s?? let me know.

It would make a huge difference, DO IT! you wont regret it, IF you have the right people do it, and they know what they are doing. The "CAMS" are a little bit different from our years to the PI cams, how much different, im not sure. As far as the sound, i'd pretty much guess that, more power you have the better the car should sound [Wink]

if your planning on modding your stang up a bit i would go with a 75mm tbody. check out the new MM&FF magazine, they try like every tbody plenum combo on the market and show which one makes the most power! also screw the newer stang cam, if your gonna do a cam swap throw a new compcam energy cam on it with a decent grind! hey whats up ryan..got the x pipe and the borla mufflers on! sounds nice! nice and deep! yea i just picked up a 2000 GT motor. it needs to be taken to the machine shop to get all the rust done. but i might buy the PI intaKE from Night Ryder. then i just need the heads. i can always put them on my 97motor until i finish the 00motor. yeah but thanks for the x pipe man...i really like it...i feel a good difference. thanks again.
