Changing the upper and lower control arms with after market ones helps the 60ft ?

sub frames connectors helps 60ft times?

Please send me advises to help me put the power to the ground.

the U/L control arms will help, the sub frames help with body flex. Also you might want to get your torque boxes reinforced if you plan on putting on control arms, they tend to ripp of after awhile. Also shocks like some lakewood 50/50's in the rear, and some 90/10's in the front will be a plus. this is what I am going with.
