I was wondering if there are any problems installing and using it in a 94 mustang GT? For those who have one, are you using a 28oz or 50oz balancer? [ March 12, 2004, 10:45 PM: Message edited by: Yung Than ]

The shortblocks are identical, accessories (pan, front cover, brackets) are all different. Heads *should* be GT-40P's, depending on the year.

It is just the block with rotating assembly, no heads. My concern is that I've heard these blocks use a one piece 50oz. balancer that will not allow me to use my mustang's underdrive pulleys. Is this true? [ March 12, 2004, 10:25 PM: Message edited by: Yung Than ]

That's correct, it is a one piece. But with having to use the Mustang's timing cover, you can use the Mustang's balancer. No problemo! =D
