As the topic says. My gas pedel is several inches farther towards the floor then the brake pedel. While cruising it isn't bothersome, but when i get into stop and go its a pain in the ass. So is there a way to adjust either one so that they're level?

You'd have to bend them. I know that a few companies sell clutch pedal height adjusters, but not gas or brake.

There must be some other way to change it. My mom's 89 lx doesn't have this issue. Does anybody else have funky pedels? Mine is a 90 lx btw [ January 27, 2004, 10:08 PM: Message edited by: AcesWild85 ]

As was stated above you could bend the gas pedal up farther.
But, the pedals were actually set that way from the factory to aid in heel-toe driving. When you get the ball of your right foot on the brake pedal and push to slow down the pedals are now even. You can then roll your foot over and blip the throttle when downshifting. This brings engine speed up to match tranny speed so you don't engine brake. On a road course engine brake is bad since it can lock up the rear wheels making the rear get squirrely.
So, if you don't heel-toe then just bend the throttle up.
