I've looked in my Haynes and I can't find anything locating it. I have a '93 302 Short-Block and I'm looking to replace it or run a T fitting for an Autometer o/p in the future.

Is it behind the Oil Filter Adapter?

Drivers side, about half way down on the block, just below the cylinder head surface. Basically above the oil filter.

Its right above the oil filter on the front driver side of the block. You could use an electrical gauge or use the more accurate mechanical but be sure to use the steel braided line or copper tubing so that the flimsy plastic line doesnt burst and leave oil all over your interior.
