A pop in the intake means lean. Is your fuel pump turning on? Intertia switch, bum fuel pump, bum fuel pump relay, no gas in the tank and similar things are good to check [patriot]

Ok, so you're obviously getting fuel...

Did you take one of the pug wires off and see if you're getting "spark"?....It could be an ignition module...

Strange........If your getiing fuel and spark,it should start.Ill consult a repair program at work tomorrow and get back to you if you still havent figured it out.Is it even trying to start or just cranking?Try swithching the fuel pump relay, just a thought, but it could be that. Its located on the inner fenderwell by the air meter, there should be two there, one for the a/c and one for the fuel pump. They are both the same so just switch em,it cant hurt to try it.See if that helps,if not, just switch em back and ill get back to you.

One more thing to check for is injetor pulse.Even though you have fuel pressure you injectors may not be "firing".Pierce a hot wire on one of your injectors, then have someone crank the motor over. The should pulsate or flash.Try that and let me know what happens.
