Didn't ARP give you their specs? If its not in the packaging, you should call them.
For stock bolts the specs are:
main bearing cap bolts - 60-70 ft-lbs
Connecting rod cap nuts - 19-24
Camshaft sproket bolt - 40-45
Cam thrust plate to block - 9-12
Timing chain cover - 12-18
Head bolts (all except 93 flanged bolts which are torque to yield and should only be used once) step 1 - 55-65; step 2 65-72
Dampner to crank - 70-90
Exhaust manifold - 18-24 (93 Cobra - 26-32)
Lower intake - 23-25 (Aluminum heads - 18-20) Upper intake - 10-12
Oil filter threaded insert to block - 20-30
Oil pan bolts - 80-87 9-11 88 on 6-9
Oil pump 22-32
Pulley to dampner - 35-50
rockers - 18-25
Flywheel - 75-85
All figures for clean threads with oil lube.
