how are the motors as far as mods go? From what i've read, they dont take kindly to mods. How are they to work on?
I am thinking about getting one, is there anything i should know

Mods for a 4.6 are expensive for the amount of horse power you get compared to a 5.0....Ford have started designing their cars a lot better now and its harder to be able to find parts on the new mustang that will give a magic 50 horse power...If you get rid of some of the restrictions you can get some pretty respectable numbers outta them..

Underdrive pulleys, long tube headers, X or H pipe, cat back, a bigger mass air flow sensor and your choice of filter/cold air kits and you should be around 290hp and low 13's on street tires....
