A race crank pulley is very small, ive got one on my 93.You really can feel the difference with it but the car does not charge at idle, doesnt bother me though. It can also make your car run a LITTLE warmer as the water pump will turn slower.Worth it to me though.

The difference is 1" diameter. The race crank pulley is 3" in diameter... like a pepsi can almost. Like stated above, your car will run a tad warmer if you use it with an underdrive water pump pulley and it won't charge at idle unless you have a 3G alternator upgrade. I ran one for about a year with the stock alternator and almost a year with a 3G alternator.... nothing wrong with running one on a daily driver if your cooling and electrical system is in tip top shape.

I did not like my bbk underdrive pulleys. My lights would dim at idle and after a run my temp. gauge was damn near pegged.
